Pros

GoodRx is truly a fantastic company to work for. The company puts a lot of effort into maintaining a culture of "goodness" that clearly translates into a product that people love, and it's an environment where you can work hard and really make an impact while still maintaining a good work/life balance. They tend to hire lots of people who are bright and easy to work with, which makes for a great place to be an employee as well as a strong company overall.

Cons

Besides little things that affect every company, no real cons come to mind.

Pros

It is inspiring to work with individuals who are truly committed to company's mission in the health tech space. There is an incredible sense of community across departments and an open forum of communication. The company encourages a work/life balance, and even provides extra perks like parking and social events. Upper management truly cares about every individual that they employ and has created a workplace that I feel immensely grateful to be a part of.

Cons

Nothing that comes to mind!

Pros

Long tenure employee here. Joint before IPO, when company was full of talented engineers and non toxic managers. Goodrx changed lots hats, and now there is no so called ‘goodrx gene’ any longer. Pros - market compensation for new hires - great benefits - lots stories about good time in past - wlb exists, depends on team

Cons

This list is long, I do not want to even exaggerate what’s really bad - Toxic middle management (majority one nationality) - Favoritism, nepotism - Nobody will pay adjust comp to market, within years - you will find yourself underpaid. adjusted 2% is true in 2021 - Constant layoffs, low morale - non competent managers in most verticals - Forget about career growth, it’s literally non existent - Most engineers who engineered core systems are no longer here
