Open door policy w/ CEOs leads to upper management also making themselves available and eager to provide guidance and advice. Attitudes are checked at the door, no room here for drama.

GoodRx is an excellent company to work for! Since joining the company (Feb. 2017) the company has grown in an impressive and rapid fashion (and continues to grow)! During my time here, I have had the pleasure of being surrounded by extremely talented and caring people who work hard to better our product, educate our clients, and create exciting new ideas so that we can continue to have sustainable growth. Not to mention, the culture at GoodRx is incredibly professional, positive and fun! I am happy to say that the dreadful feeling of Monday mornings are now a thing of the past. I've found that GoodRx encourages your entrepreneurial spirit and truly values your suggestions. This has not only opened up many opportunities for me within my department but for potential opportunities in other departments as well.
