Cons
Everything. Their unique "model" that they talk about has a very dark side. They two side of the business- franchise and corporate. If you get hired out of college, you'll be working for corporate which means your commission is less than 1/2 what the franchises earn. They also set the franchises up wherever someone wants to pay for one which means that most markets are over saturated with franchises that you have to compete with and do twice as much work for the same money. It gets worse. They don't actually want any corporate Account Executives to remain at the company for long. 95%+ of people are gone within the first year. Management just wants you to sell to a few clients and then leave so that they don't have to pay you commission and can keep selling to the same clients year after year and keep the money for themselves. Very questionable ethics as well. If that hasn't scared you, you'll be turned off by the ineffective and unethical management, poor work environment and hostile culture. Management is horrible but it's really because they have an no incentive to care about your success.
