      Good benefits, average compensation, company vehicle,

      The senior leaders of the company are part of the good ole' boys club. They have takin a once great company and turned it into a Sysco. The leaders lie to your face and try to make you pull double duty especially if you are promoted. They cloak their negative agenda's by using "culture" as a cover for the changes. Lots of good employees but poor senior managers. Top senior managers have surrounded themselves with their trusted drunkin' cronies and promoted them to various senior manager positions.

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits. They really care about their employees and work hard for retention. They stress working safe and taking good care of your health. You also have a chance to work your way up in the company.

      Cons

      It is hard work, but the harder you work the more money you will make.

      Pros

      Not much to say here that isnt offered else where... huge 10% off employee purchases, Medical for full timers. Some things you dont get elsewhere is; you get to work with bags of meat leaking blood and spoilded greens. Also Fun videos to train you.

      Cons

      Required District activites people really dont want to do, ask them to be honest and they may even tell you. Required out of store get togethers at Christmas time. Full Timers have to work a scheduled 50 hours a week. GM smoked out front of the store and in backroom door area, not fun for non smokers.
