Pros

See cons, nothing really good about this place.

Cons

Owner is so full of himself. Blames everyone else for anything that is wrong. Rude and doesn't know how to treat artist (or anyone) with respect. Doesn't know how to give directions and contradicts himself. Will say one thing today and tomorrow will be completely opposite. The pipeline is terrible. No one really reviews stuff until it gets to the screening room. Production is horrible at managing shots and tasks. I've worked in some bad places but this is by far the worst. Please avoid this place like the plague. This place will burn you out so fast you'll wish you weren't in this industry!

Full Time Stress

Pros

-Good Projects to work on -Talented coworkers

Cons

-Horrible atmosphere. Everyone is stressed and fearful. -The owner comes off very unfriendly and induces stress the moment he comes through the door. He does not mince words and is quick to let you know how badly you're doing and how it reflects on him. -The supe isn't very helpful in explaining things and questions your methods. -Production is disorganized and fearful. Will assign you shots, but then reassign a majority of them to someone else with no reason or discussion. -Offers you far less pay than standard. -10 hours a day is the normal work day.
