Pros

Good projects. TV and Netflix series and sometimes movies.

Cons

I almost didn't take the job because they told me my rate was too high, and then they offered me a joke of a rate. When I turned it down, they called later and practically begged me to work there. This should have been a red flag. On top of that, the owner is the vfx sup and doesn't supervise anything along the way, until the day it's supposed to ship. Usually late at night, just as you're ready to go home. Then he stresses out and screams at you for not reading his mind. A little feedback early on, explaining what he is looking for would help. Owner never takes responsibility for anything and chalks it up to bad employees. The turnover rate was quite high. I was there for 6 months, and saw probably 20+ people come and go in that time period.
