      Some of the kids can be good and fun

      Cons

      A lot of injuries that will be minimized. No matter the severity of them. Orientation does not prepare you for what can and will happen. If you complain then more than likely managers will ignore you.

      THEY DONT EVEN HAVE MATERNITY LEAVE. The “benefits” are really bad. Depending on your boss you could be happy or not. boss made up new rules every week. Very much on a power trip, micro management. Different rules for different employees. Most DSP staff are not supportive. Environmental concerns such as mold.

      Pros

      The kids. Some can be rough around the edges but they make everyday worth it.

      Cons

      The pay, the work life balance (or lack thereof) the cult following of the manor house and the upper management whoput their employees at risk with some of the clients they accept even against the psychiatrists opinion while never working with the clients directly to even have the knowledge to properly make those types of decisions.
