      Low pay for dealing with a lot of crisis situations.

      Pros

      They order lunch for staff. The managers are awesome. You get a bonus once a year. They are flexible with your work schedule for the most part.

      Cons

      Low pay. Must work on Holidays (including Christmas). You deal with a lot of crisus situations in which you may be hurt. The culture is very gossipy.

While crisis situations are often part of the work we do in behavioral health, we invest heavily in training, safety protocols, and systems to help staff manage these challenges effectively. As a 24/7 care provider, holiday coverage is essential to maintaining consistent staff support for those we serve who are unable to be with their families during these times.
