We believe the best learning environments for our students include a small community of teachers, faculty, families and staff working together to give the students the very best. Our compensation package has been an area that we have been working to improve. Great Hearts does provide excellent benefits (medical, dental, etc.), with employee premiums that are significantly below the national and regional averages. As of the 2024-2025 school year, we have increased the salaries of our current and new teachers. Working in the Education field does indeed a lot of dedication, flexibility and teachers who can handle the multi-faceted / ever-changing needs of their students.
