Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments as we strive to set a high standard of excellence for our students and faculty. We believe the classical liberal arts model at Great Hearts truly provides the best education for our students and they are the centerpiece of all we strive to do. While we acknowledge that the culture of each academy may vary slightly, it is our goal to bring alignment and clarity to all academies around the mission to pursue truth, goodness, and beauty. At times, we fall short of those expectations and the work is hard at times. Still, we believe the mission is worthy of our continued commitment, and Great Hearts strives to support teachers and staff through effective leadership, professional growth, and fidelity to the mission. We will share your comments with our leadership. We have ongoing training in place that begins before the school year starts and continues throughout the year with quarterly training sessions. We have also provided opportunities for our own faculty to share their recommendations and opt into a wide variety of network-funded development programs. We believe in ongoing / life-long learning for not only our students but also for our teachers. There is also ongoing coaching, observation and feedback sessions for teachers to assist them as they develop and improve their teaching techniques, strategies and teaching style.
