Pros

Great pay every major holiday off and weekends occasionally overtime on Fridays with great overtime pay weekly pay all benefits offered

Cons

Quality control always complaining never can get perfect numbers on your pace board due to machine always breaking down maitience understaffed and you never get perfect parts always threatened of being written up for scrap

Has a good upper management (GM) with Great potential. Leadership team committed to succeed. Company has new ownership and vision hoping to change operation.

Cons

Plant tries to run beyond plant capacity and capabilities. Downtime dominates even under good leadership because operation has not learned how maximize throughput.

Biscoe location great facility in past adminstrations. Past owners were involved supporting plant requirements. This was accomplished by keeping the pay scales competitive.

Cons

Current management does not support employees always threatening with replacement. Management involvement with daily operation is due from the firstline supervision lack of knowledge to support first line employees. Who must train employee to preform function on equipment/process that has no experience.
