Pros

Casual work environment, good people, large enough that there are lots of opportunities to learn and discover. Its a good place for a young professional to get their feet wet.

Cons

A good 'ole white guys club at the top. Most have been there their entire career. Zero ability to lead or inspire, just focused on bottom-line and efficiency with no understanding of how to achieve it. Pay/benefits are paltry compared to competing firms. Growth opportunities are very limited. Close-minded and uber conservative (not in a good way).

Lots of projects to work on to build an impressive portfolio.

Cons

No job security whatsoever, no matter your role. Even people who managed client relationships and brought work and fees into the firm were not immune. No realistic opportunities to make partner.

Cons

Low ball pay, no professionalism. Too many "yes" men. No professionalism. Came from a smaller company that just closed. Wish I were back working with them. Cliquish. Everyone is out for themselves. Big company mentality. Management is lazy. Upper management boys club.
