Pros

Large scale projects = job security No micromanagers Decent pay Decent benefits Down to earth team Nationally known/ good for your resume

Cons

Mediocre projects No budgets Heads down office environment There is a gap between the designers and architects that needs to be reevaluated. Office would work better if employees were broken up into teams per project. Sharing programs licenses throughout the company is a waste of money/ employees time Poor office attitude Poor office work/ life balance

Pros

The company is very flexible when it comes to needing to work from home, etc. most people are very friendly. The option to wear jeans all of the time is really nice.

Cons

Pay is average. They do try to low ball. Conflicts between employees need to be dealt with better. I witnessed two separate occasions of heated disputes between employees. There is also the issue of departments working against each other.
