      Good Pay with benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      Not good for family person who needs to be home nightly on work a regular schedule. On call 365 days 24/7

      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and fun to be around.

      Cons

      Company is fractured they are not sure what direction they want to go with. Management team is unhelpful and some don't even know how to do jobs that are required to know how to do after years of working at the job. promotions are not handled correctly and are not posted as they should be. pay is not on the same level as other jobs in the area.
