The management is horrible. They fire employees who have worked for many years in an hour notice. They try to avoid paying compensation by firing instead of going for cheap labour. Upper Management has no clue what the lower level people are doing and they don't care.

Job has been for the most part very interesting! like the fast pace atmosphere, If you like to be on the go this is the job for you! and that's one of many things I like so far. meeting people and give them the best I can as far as customer service! pay scale is decent to start with, and your potentials are left up to how far one wants to go. look forward to a long career with Greyhound Bus Lines!

Cons

title of bus drivers concerning Extra-Board full time is a bit miss leading, only because of the work load and the routes they have to fill! you could be home for two to three days waiting for a call, in that case it should be call Perdiem work! just sayin

Great boss and many tenured employees. Great schedule flexibility and I'm never micromanaged. Changes are happening that will be good for the overall business.

Cons

The company is outdated in many processes and systems. Very tenured leadership is not very receptive to change suggestions.
