Fantastic people. Dynamic, changing industry which keeps work fun and interesting. Ability to work autonomously. Great place to work for someone who is driven and ambitious. Emphasis on promoting internally which speaks volumes to focus on retention and keeping employees happy!

Cons

Company is spread out across the country with focus on providing access to treatment where there are no options in rural america. Remote communication causes slower dissemination of information which is tricky in such a dynamic space.
