Pros

Great mission, working with the members was amazing. Groups was very different from other treatment agencies and provided quality care.

Cons

Very poorly run. Poor judgment in regards to launching new locations which ultimately ended up with them shutting down the entire state of Ohio so job security is questionable.

Pros

Nothing anymore, was hired remote, asked to go in office in June. Agreed to a inoffice schedule, for daytime hours. The office was over 50 miles from my home. Oh, I also got a slight pay decrease at my midyear review. Then revised an email that my position was changing to non exempt effective immediately which resulted in more loss of pay.

Cons

Upper management. My title has changed 4 times in 4 years. I think they are grasping at straws. Layoffs every year,

Pros

Tough to find any pros at this point. Two layoffs have gutted the company.

Cons

CEO, HR, Middle Management, work load and work hours, pay.
