Our CEO was at Davos!!

Pros

Our CEO was at Davos and interviewed on Bloomberg. Who would have ever thought that would happen. She spoke about training and re-skilling, technology and technology disruption and how she has built a diverse pipeline at Guardian.

Cons

We don't have any training, our technology is ancient, she "exaggerated" about everything and there is no diverse pipeline. Maybe that's why she was so uncomfortable and awkward.

Great company values. Beautiful new building in Bethlehem. We are going to also get some lavish space in ny finally

Cons

Senior management is dysfunctional and doesn’t live the values. It is the worst kept secret in the world

Pros

If you're eligible for a bonus you always get more than target.

Cons

Total lack of respect for employees. Senior Management spouts values they don't live. On a slow path to further irrelevance.
