People Count?

Pros

I can’t list 20 words to say about the company any more. Our building is nice.

Cons

We have had 6 EVP of HR since the CEO took over. One of our values is people count. Everyone laughs whenever the CEO talks about people.

Pros

Easy work life balance. CEO is concerned about public perception only.

Cons

The CEO wastes company resources and money promoting herself. She talks about training. There is no training in this company. There is no HR strategy. The culture is scary.

Things changed quickly

Pros

If you stay away from New York home office this can be a good place to work. Senior management is out of touch with the business and doesn’t care about the employees. People go to New York and are never seen again.

Cons

Benefits are good but keep getting cut. There is a really really big difference between the words used in town halls and speeches and in Fortune articles from reality. The best senior people got fired.
