Pros

Great work/life balance. We're moving into some great new space in NewYork City. If you like to take it easy, this is the place.

Cons

The ship is rudderless and has no captain. The CEO uses the word strategy and values in her speeches but we had neither. I had to resign. If you care about your work stay away.

Pros

The company talks about all of the new technologies it uses. The CEO talks about artificial intelligence and preparing the workforce. The systems are ancient.

Cons

Senior management is out of touch with what we dealt with on a day to day basis. The CEO seems to focus on what people want to hear, not what is actually going on. Very out of touch. There is no training. The products are all about high commissions. Everybody is afraid to speak up.

Pros

I switched companies and found my agency to be a great place to work. Talented people.

Cons

The home office is horrible. My CEO at my former employer ( MassMutual) was inspirational, authentic and respected. Not that way here.
