There is potential for good results if you want to have no life, work non-stop, be super-micro-managed, be over-worked, and if you fit-in with their culture.

Cons

Management makes poor decisions and put blame on you. Processing department way over-worked and under-staffed. Regional Managers micro-manage the Account Executives. They have a bad habit of being dishonest; terms discussed and promised at hiring are changed. Mistakes in pay are made.. list goes on and on. Account Executives who leave and discuss with other former Account Executives find they had similar problems. There is high turnover at this company.

-Executive management out of touch with in the ground reality, outrageous goals -No appreciation for sales people, they are never doing enough -A sales organization that has no sales management representation in executive management -CEO is a true micromanager he is in every email list, somewhat of a bully. -Greatly reduced compensation plans at below industry level
