The Product, not competitive in pricing though.

I worked over years as an Account Executive. I have only seen it get worse over the years. Lowest commission plan compared to other Islamic Finance companies. You are just a number, you will be treated like one. They will send you occasional goodies if that replaces being treated like a human being. Terrible people culture.

Most of management cares little about the employees. If they don't like you they will find a way to let you go, even if you are doing your job well. They have fired people who were on medical leave. Management makes the decision to eliminate a job position, which in turn lets several people go, than a couple months later, that position is brought back. Senior management has their own family working there, how is that not a conflict of interest? As long as you are keeping to yourself, and burrowing your head into your computer, you are gold. If you have a mind of your own, management considers you to be an enemy to the company.

You only move up, if your in a click with Operations.. Management says they care but it is only for the almighty dollar, so if you don't mind being worked to death with no training go for it.
