The company is a good place to Learn about taxes ( small business and individual), work with a team, and get experience with sales, and assist with office organizing.

Cons

Unstable work hours make it not possible to keep it as a long term job because it is seasonal.

Comprehensive training, clear expectations, and goal-focused, celebration of diversity with professional groups, community service projects

Cons

Seasonal employment, Understaffed stores, Employees struggling to keep up with completing tax returns in their allotted timeframes due to increased number of steps and having to pitch products (most of that comes from corporate)
