Pros

Provides insight on tax preparation, gives good benefits on filing taxes, gives out good rewards for performance.

Cons

Usually seasonal but no seasonal pay, they prioritize client and tax pro retention but not manager or receptionist retention. Almost no hands-on Training and when they do, it’s from 6-10 in the evening. All training is through online links and videos, then you’re put into an office. There is no shadowing unless you cry for help. They expect all communication to be done through outlook or personal cell number, so employers will be contacting you outside of availability. Communication from prior tax professionals is not priority and there is little team work from prior tax pros, but the company just lets it happen. They refuse to pay seasonally. There is very little organization in getting a tax season started considering how large this company is.
