Cons
When you get the boss from hell who can't accept that you know how to do your job, it's not worth it. It was a franchise district and I worked full time. Every time I had a week's vacation due, my boss would tell me I couldn't take it because she had to visit one of the franchises. She also 'helped' me with the bookkeeping when another franchise director was off sick for the month of January and there was a new bookkeeping program out that was very complicated so I spent the month on the phone taking calls from our franchises and his. She did the bookkeeping and I had all of 2 days off all month because I had to redo Jan. and Feb.
