The workload is not very heavy. Room to grow and be a tax professional if you want

The pay and hours can’t sustain an adult with bills unless you pick up extra hours which aren’t often available

Pros

Management will help you learn most of what you need, there's a few things you'll have to pick up as you go. Training was comprehensive, online courses. I learned a lot Vibe of the office was mostly great, there were some stressful days as expected

Cons

I didn't have any real complaints from working there other than the customers. They can be extremely rude when you're just trying to help My interview process was alright. Mine was a unique situation because someone accidently reset my probationary period- which is not the norm, so I had to wait longer to get hired.
