Pros

This position helps you grow within the skills of administration, communication, problem-solving and great customer service.

Cons

There are times where the last person(s) to leave the office left the office un-kept (including the bathroom) and I would have to come in the next day cleaning it all before opening hours. But it keeps you humble.
