Pros

It's an easy job once you get the hang of it. There is a lot of stuff to learn in the beginning, but all the tax pros are helpful answering any questions you have.

Cons

I'd say the worst part are those random cranky clients. The ones that get angry over the phone that you have to call them to confirm an appointment they made or the ones that get angry in person because they don't like filling out the required drop-off forms because they "don't have time for that", when it takes 5 minutes. The hourly pay could be a couple of dollars higher.

Consistent schedule Responsive Supervisor Overtime Easy Scheduling

Cons

Paid biweekly have to approve your time or not get paid some co-workers aren't nice at all, difficult to work with upset customers micromanaging a lot of oversight regarding Emerald cards
