Flexible schedule. Opportunity to gain an abundant knowledge of tax law. Training opportunities. Some of the micro policies have changed for upcoming year.

Cons

Corporate policy! They try to micromanage individual locations. They spread the district managers too thin. Marketing needs to help company grow.

Pros

H&R Block has the best training for tax preparation on the market, it is thorough and comprehensive and prepares next tax prepares for immediate work with clients.

Cons

Thr client screening model is no accurate for getting the new taxpayers with complex returns to the taxpreparer with an appropriate level of expertize. First year pay is minimum hourly rate as this year is considered a training period.
