Pros

Stationary. Everything that needs to be done is at your desk. Learn some tax principles just by working there in passing.

Cons

Dealing w. some rude customers needing to get their taxes done.

Pros

Team leader was very communicative and nice .

Cons

They want you to clean office, lunchroom, bathroom, and vacuum (and much more) when you arrive and when you leave. Front desk receptionist is super busy and stressful, on top of that they want to use you to clean instead of hiring a janitorial service. The pay was very very low for what they expected from a receptionist.
