Pros

The salary is good and if you hit your sales bonus it’s a good amount of money.

Cons

The position is seasonal and if the district doesn’t make the sales goal, even if you do, nobody gets a bonus.

Pros

There is incredible insight into the tax world and a lot of self learning.

Cons

Because of the nature of seasonal work the company tends to be behind on business basics. Apps and systems constantly break down due to technical difficulty
