Pros

Ok job during COVID to just make ends meet until companies started hiring again.

Cons

No true full time work or benefits. Very understaffed and will make employees work open-close shifts due to callouts. Generally unorganized and tax preparers were very political and were openly racist, one in particular was named Dennia (sp?). Old and senile and put her hands on me angered by the fact I booked her back to back appointments even though that's what I'm told to do due to the volume. Also the majority of old preparers were all MAGA crazy and it was really uncomfortable. Funny how they all blamed Biden on economic issues when he was in office for only a year when Trump's tax laws were still in effect at that point, which you would figured they'd know being tax preparers.
