Pros

Great environment, people working there are super nice and helping. Not a hard job, welcoming office feel.

Cons

No cons just know a little about taxes to answer basic questions from the customers walking in or on telephone

Down time is frequent, so if you like that it's a plus.

Cons

Busy times suck and a lot of the "tax specialists" aren't very good at their job. Thankfully I took a lot of the yelling for them... Company unorganized
