Pros

Great training opportunities, great management and co-workers. Excellent job experience and references. Good temporary benefits if you choose to take them. Free tax preparation and advice, which is invaluable.

Cons

Low pay for amount of work and responsibility.Only seasonal work. Tax pros tend to extend hours after closing so you have to stay and close after hours.
