Pros

Great places to work and get your foot in the door. I work with some really great people, and learned alot. I was able to take my first lead role at this job and was a great experience.

Cons

Sometimes I had to cover people shifts last minute and deal with some over baring employees but in the end all worth it.

Pros

Fairly easy work, make a lot of phone calls, assist in meetings, schedule appointments, and keep the companies goals up to date.

Cons

some of the tax professionals can be catty in regards to their work and clients, everyone is always trying to be the #1 tax professional so I've witnessed arguments between the Tax pro's on "stealing" clients and whatnot.
