Pros

Good pay. Great leadership. Learned a lot about tax returns. Easy job and very laid back. Hours of operation are great. Software is easy to learn and use. All the levels of management care about their employees and want to keep us safe. Any time the weather was too dangerous for us to drive to work or to be there, we closed the office to keep us safe while most company’s are more concerned they’ll lose a dollar if they close.

Cons

The office at my location isn’t busy enough so I don’t get enough hours. It’s okay a seasonal position. Those are my only cons. I absolutely LOVE my job!
