Pros

Most of the tax pros were great to work with and you got to interact with a lot of different people. The schedule was pretty flexible and you could basically work the days you wanted.

Cons

Lack of upper management. You had to constantly problem solved and deal with irate clients when the manager would shy away. Also didn't get paid enough for all of the work they expected you to.
