Pros

I had a lot of downtime to study as I was also a student.

Cons

I didn't like the way they treated customers. People come in after paying their hard earned money to the government, looking to "experts" to help them understand how to get some of that money back. They don't realize that the "experts" are only interested in lining their pockets and not at all interested in actually helping anyone. It was disgusting.
