Pros

Knowledgeable tax professional, willing to provide information to help your job easier. Flexible schedule.Great experience builder if you are interested in becoming a tax professional or maybe working with the IRS. I liked the fact that they did all of their hiring paperwork online. Any information about career opportunities, check stubs, and availability is accessed easily through their websites.

Cons

This is an hourly position and there was a stretch during the season that I really did not work at all for a whole month. The positions really is just a crap shoot for the company, because they try to just get bodies to fill the position and most do not really have any knowledge of the IRC. The hourly pay is sub standard for similar positions.

Excellent training opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Cons

Management policies change annually and on local levels are not written. Cannot work 40 hours per week except during certain periods.
