Pros

there is a continue training course for employees, so you can keep learning and updating your tax knowlege every year

Cons

the hour rate is very low, plus it is only seasonal job from January to April, you won't get much at first few years

Pros

No stress, no hassle to getting employed. Everything is at your fingertips and you don't actually have to know what you're doing. (I cringe at being called a tax specialist because I worked for them). They have a plan and you can advance though I use that word loosely.

Cons

The pay is dismal, the commissions are dismal (only growing to anything resembling a pittance after a few years), majority of work is seasonal.
