Pros

My job was to take payment, answer cell phones and smile. I was beyond happy.

Cons

The pay was less than fair. The people that had been there doing taxes for years expected you to learn everything at the drop of a hat. Especially since it's seasonal work. And there was a stuck-up returning receptionist.

Pros

Job only temporary. And that is the best thing I can say.

Cons

Corporate culture is worst I've ever seen in my lifetime. Managers are trained to treat employees like crap.
