Pros

Lots to learn if you are interested in accounting. They are willing to help get you certified if you're interested. As a receptionist, if you are willing, you can work at multiple locations.

Cons

At this particular location? Horrible management. Tax filers were extraordinarily rude and disrespectful. Receptionists from other offices refused to work at this location because of the staff there. Sadly, due to poor management and toxic staff, I got transferred to this location, and did not last long.
