Pros

It is seasonal, part time work. The hours are flexible and work well with my schedule. There are many convenient locations.

Cons

Online hiring process was buggy. Not compatible with any browser except Internet Explorer, and only older the older versions. Poor tech support.

Pros

I have good customer service skills, I love meeting new people and helping people in time of need. Interacting with customers being respectful and honest.

Cons

Having empathy... Life happen and circumstances come up but I still need to do my job and stick with my policy and procedure's.
