Pros

Taxes done free of charge

Cons

Part time ends up full time, no breaks what so ever no lunch breaks. Working right through a 9-7 shift. Rude and aggressive behavior from tax experts towards front desk.

Pros

Easy job, file and answer phones mostly.

Cons

Tax preparers seem to think the Receptionists don’t matter and shouldn’t be there, yet want to throw all the work they don’t want to do on them.
