Pros

Great place to work, pretty good management, and great people to work with

Cons

The HR pay rate for non-commission works could be a little better. Also, the paperwork for the hiring process is rather lengthy, took about 2 hours to complete via the web.

Pros

Great work environment! Excellent training, opportunities for advancement. You can make great money! They have flexibility in scheduling so you can have a full time jobs and still make extra money on the side.

Cons

This job is seasonal and although you can work in the off-season, you make the most money during the tax season. Your pay is also based on your performance, retention and certification. So if you work in an area with a small population, your income may not be as much as those in larger cities.
