Pros

It was okay at first, easy to answer calls and schedule appointments. But towards the end of tax season they had me cold calling customers about tax prep and that was a nightmare.

Cons

it's temporary. Only a few months during tax season.

Raises are capped at $12 per hours not matter how loyal you are to the company or how hard you work.
