Pros

Training was great. Felt prepared once I was left on my own. Co-workers are friendly and very helpful. Flexible hours.

Cons

It can get quite stressful during peak season. There were times when I was schedules alone at front, phone's going off and had a line of people at the same time. Sometimes will deal with difficult clients who will take their anger out on you, but that's just part of the job I guess.
