Lie to when taking job you will be told you have one job but will get multiple jobs for the pay of one no real direction management changing all the time un realistic deadlines so top guys can get their bonus the call center that you will be put on to take calls is horrible expect to be yelled at my other tax professional that don’t know how to do their job and you can’t yell back and hour reduced if you been here for more than 3 years you will get 30 hours if lucky when tax season starts then reduce again to probably 10-15 stay clear unless it’s your last option

No room for growth, salary does not match current economy, or workload. Rude employees, they’ll expect the most out of you but pay you pennies and expect all of your work to be done with little to no staff to do what needs to be done.
