Easy, fun work. Great first job. Customers are friendly

Cons

During the slow times, it was hard to stay busy. Some tax pros would come into work sick and get the whole staff sick. Depending on which office you work in, sometimes the colleagues wouldn't get along or work as a team and would be so competitive that it would make the environment stressful. You also have to know your tax pros well to set them up with the right clients. There's nothing worse than having to put someone with a complicated return with a first-year tax pro because a more experienced tax pro is too booked.
