Flexible hours, only open four months out of year, something to do in the winter. Provide training once you pass exam

Cons

Do not care about about clients, or tax pros. All they care about is bottom line. Favoritism thrives at Office Manager level and up. If you are liked, then you get hours

Pros

Flexible schedule. Many of the people that I worked with were helpful and driven. If you need part-time work, this company is worth looking at. Also, you gain decent tax preparation knowledge by working here.

Cons

Directives from management are confusing, at best. Local marketing is limited by corporation. Many of the tax pros are incompetent at preparing taxes.
